The location is convenient, just steps away
From the São Sebastião metro station. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches from the staff, like the daily treats. Better ventilation would enhance the comfort.

We appreciated rooms with large windows. An iron/ironing board, a work desk, and TV were there too. In general the service was exceptional. The hotel's location was central, close to Sao Sebastiao station.
Well, the area was quite noisy overall.

Our hotel was in a great and amazing location, next to a subway station. There were a large shopping mall and a bakery around the property. We got a room with a bath. The breakfast with complimentary pastries.

The staff, especially Nuno, offered wonderful hospitality, including personalized tips for exploring Lisbon. I appreciated the daily treats in my room, and the breakfast had a lovely assortment of fresh goodies and made-to-order eggs.
Some bathrooms are narrow.

The bathroom was so small I could barely turn around. And no one cared to offer me a complementary upgrade after my dismal experience! The breakfast starting at 8:30 is just a joke, especially for early risers. I just couldn't recommend it.
